    These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through Bi Lashes online store. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

    • We reserve the right to change prices or product availability without prior notice.

  • •⁠ ⁠Orders are confirmed by email after purchase.

    • The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.

  • •⁠ ⁠Payments are processed securely via our payment provider.

    • Available payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Klarna

    • We do not store any credit card information.

  • •⁠ ⁠Orders are shipped within 5 day business days.

    • Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider.

    • The store is not responsible for delays caused by third parties (e.g., logistics company).

    • Available delivery options:

      • Postipaketti (10,00 €)

      • Pickup from the Salon in Pori (ILMAINEN)

  • •⁠ ⁠For hygiene and safety reasons, lash products (eyelash extensions, tools) cannot be returned.

    • If the product is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for replacement or refund.

  • • The customer is responsible for using the products according to instructions.

    • Bi Lashes is not responsible for indirect damages or issues caused by misuse of products.

  • •⁠ ⁠In case of disputes, customers are encouraged to first contact our customer service.

    •⁠ ⁠If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes will be resolved in accordance with Finnish law.
